Thanks for shopping at ByBilalRTW. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
  • You have [3] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • No refunds.
  • Please keep in mind that you may only exchange items purchased from Bilal RTW official website.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in unused, unwashed, tag unopened and in the same condition that you received it. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, you may choose any other item of the same value. Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability.
  • We do not accept anything that have been worn, used, altered or damaged other than manufacturing defect. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
